5,000 SF tennis center as part of a 12 court tennis complex at Southeast Park. Site improvements included drop off area, parking, landscaping and tennis courts. Site planning by Wood+Partners Inc. Total project construction cost of approximately $2,125,000. Pope/Partners responsible for all architectural and engineering services from program verification through construction administration for the building. Building includes control area with sales, offices, multi-use room plus flex space for activities, toilets, staff room, storage and support spaces. Roofed open space for covered outdoor viewing. Building value of $512,000.
